Participation Terms

The Centrum Inside Out Scavenger Hunt (“Promotion”) begins at 10:00 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) and ends at 7:00 p.m. ET on August 21, 2026 or when all gifts have been located, whichever is sooner (the “Promotion Period”).
ELIGIBILITY: Open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are U.S. citizens or permanent residents and at least 18 years of age at time of participation (each, a “Participant”). This Promotion is void where prohibited or restricted by law and is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations. By participating in this Promotion, each Participant accepts the conditions stated in these Participation Terms, agrees to be bound by the decisions of the Sponsor (as defined below) and warrants and represents that s/he is eligible to participate in this Promotion. Employees of Haleon US Holdings, LLC d/b/a Centrum (the “Sponsor”), Publicis Re:Sources, Hannah Bronfman, their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, franchises, distributors, fulfillment companies, retailers, and each of their respective employees, directors, officers, shareholders and agents (collectively, the "Released Parties") are not eligible to participate or receive an award.
This Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Instagram or any other social network or platform. You understand that you are providing your information to the Released Parties and not to Instagram or any other social network or platform.
HOW TO PARTICIPATE: Prior to the Promotion Period, Sponsor gifts will be hidden by Sponsor representatives at three (3) locations throughout the New York City area. Sponsor and Hannah Bronfman via her account @HannahBronfman on Instagram may post clues on Instagram and other social media platforms with hints as to the whereabouts of each location. The first Participant to successfully identify and arrive at a hidden location will be deemed a potential grand award recipient and a brand ambassador will provide the Participant with their award. The next 147 Participants to successfully identify and arrive at a hidden location will be deemed potential runner-up award recipients and a brand ambassador will provide the Participant with their award. Limit of one (1) award per person and per household throughout the Promotion Period.
Decisions of Sponsor are final and binding in all matters relating to the Promotion. Sponsor’s determination of the first eligible individual to identify and arrive at each location of a hidden gift will be final. Inappropriate or aggressive behavior amongst participants at any hidden gift location will not be tolerated and may result in such individuals being disqualified from participation in the Promotion, in Sponsor’s sole discretion. If there is a tie, or multiple individuals arrive at a hidden gift location at the same time, Sponsor reserves the right to conduct a coin toss amongst the tied individuals to break the tie and provide one individual with the corresponding award. If all hidden gifts are not located by the end of the Promotion Period, the awards associated with the gift(s) not located will remain unawarded. Any/all transportation and costs associated with traveling to/from potential and/or actual hidden gift locations will be each Participant’s sole responsibility.
GRAND AWARDS (Three (3) total – one (1) per hidden location): Each grand award recipient will receive an award package containing a makeup bag, sleep mask, pill box, Centrum product samples, a gift card, water bottle, face mist, and under-eye patches. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of each grand award package is $500.00 USD.
RUNNER-UP AWARDS (147 total – 49 per hidden location): Each runner-up award recipient will receive an award package containing a water bottle, face mist, under-eye patches, and Centrum product samples. ARV of each runner-up award package is $83.00 USD.
Award recipients may be instructed to provide a copy of their government-issued ID prior to award receipt. Failure to do so may result in forfeiture of award opportunity and Sponsor will have no further obligation to such award recipient. All award details are at the sole discretion of the Sponsor. Any difference between stated value and actual value will not be awarded. All federal, state and local taxes and all other costs associated with award acceptance and use not specified herein as being provided are the sole responsibility of the award recipients. Gift cards are subject to certain terms and conditions as specified thereon. All awards are awarded “as is” with no warranty or guarantee, either express or implied. No substitution, transfer, or cash equivalent of award is permitted, except by Sponsor, which reserves the right to substitute an award with one of comparable or greater value, at its sole discretion.
FOOTAGE: Individuals arriving at the locations of the hidden gifts may be photographed, videotaped and otherwise recorded by Sponsor (collectively, "Footage"). Footage will be owned by Sponsor who has the right to use, edit, adapt, post, stream, copy and exploit such Footage and all elements embodied therein, including any names and likenesses embodied therein, in any and all media now known or hereafter devised throughout the world, in perpetuity, for advertising, promotional, trade and other purposes. By accepting an award, award recipients agree that his/her name and likeness and those of any other individuals present at the applicable hidden gift locations may be included in the Footage, in Sponsor’s sole discretion.
PRIVACY: Information collected from Participants in connection with the Promotion will be subject to and may be used in accordance with the Privacy Notice posted at https://www.privacy.haleon.com/en-us/general/general-full-text/.
RELEASE AND ASSUMPTION OF RISK: By participating, each Participant, on behalf of the Participant and his or her heirs, executors, guardians, assigns, agents and representatives, releases each of the Released Parties, and all people and entities involved in the development or execution of the Promotion from and agrees not to assert any claims, actions, suits, proceedings and demands arising out of or relating to the conduct of or the Participant’s participation in the Promotion, the acceptance or use of an award or any component thereof, and/or participation in any award-related activity, and all liabilities, losses, injuries and/or damages arising out of relating to the same. The foregoing includes, without limitation, any claims, actions, suits, proceedings or demands based upon or alleging any invasion of privacy, violation of right of publicity or infringement of any intellectual property or other personal or proprietary rights, or any personal injury or death to an Participant or any other person or any damage to or loss of personal or real property, due in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, by reason of the acceptance, possession, use or misuse of any award or any component thereof and any activity or travel related thereto or participation in this Promotion.
GOVERNING LAW: All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Participation Terms and this Promotion shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, including procedural provisions without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules or provisions that would cause the application of any other state’s laws.
ARBITRATION: Except where prohibited by law, as a condition of participating in this Promotion, Participant agrees that (1) any and all disputes and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Promotion, or awards provided, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by final and binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association and held at the AAA regional office nearest the Participant; (2) the Federal Arbitration Act shall govern the interpretation, enforcement and all proceedings at such arbitration; and (3) judgment upon such arbitration award may be entered in any court having jurisdiction. Under no circumstances will Participant be permitted to obtain awards for, and Participant hereby waives all rights to claim, punitive, incidental or consequential damages, or any other damages, including attorneys' fees, other than Participant's actual out-of-pocket expenses (i.e., costs associated with participating in this Promotion), and Participant further waives all rights to have damages multiplied or increased.
