Taking the entire space to new heights, his mission to optimize and streamline branded content with a data-first approach has already shifted the industry – and he's just getting started. Ryan holds a Bachelor's degree from Rollins College.
Chief Executive Officer
Chris has brought his top-performing sales experience at Imagine Entertainment, iHeartMedia NYC, and Premiere Networks to Influential. His relentless focus on strategy generates stream after revenue stream. Chris earned a BS in Political Science from Villanova University.
Chief Revenue Officer & Partner
Andrea is the former Chief Operating Officer for Havas Media USA. With her 24 years in advertising across roles in management, operations, digital, client leadership, planning and buying, she guides Influential’s successful operations and overall culture. Andrea has a BS degree in Business Administration from Alfred University.
Chief Operating Officer
Chris keeps the world’s eye trained on Influential. His 15+ years in marketing and PR include time as VP of Marketing at Von Dutch and CEO at American Rebel PR. Chris is ever key to our continued growth. He earned his Bachelor's from Pepperdine University.
Chief Communications Officer
With over 16 years serving the legal needs of corporate clients, most recently as General Counsel of The Switch Enterprises, LLC, a broadcast media production and distribution company, Areeg counsels management and all business units on complex corporate legal matters. Areeg has a B.S. in Telecommunications from the University of Florida and a J.D. from New England Law | Boston.
Head of Business and Legal Affairs
David brings over 30 years of experience holding executive level positions across technology and operations. He's previously served in leadership roles at Accenture, Sony Pictures Entertainment, Advantage Solutions and Simbe Robotics. David holds a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Worcester Polytechnic Institute.
Chief Digital Officer
Alex’s 25+ years of experience in corporate finance have helped grow Influential to where it is today. He previously led the finance team at Fluent, a data-driven performance marketer. Alex holds a B.A. in Economics from Tufts University and M.B.A. from Columbia Business School.
Chief Financial Officer
Latarria keeps Influential honest. Formerly the Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Lead at OMD USA with over 15 years in advertising and media, she pushes for equitable practices in the creator economy. Forever creating opportunities for all and working to increase pay equity.
Head of Ethical Media at Influential
As Head of Partnerships & Marketing, Kim focuses on driving innovation and growth through strategic relationships while scaling Influential’s reputation as the leader in creator marketing. Kim has a wealth of experience with a career spanning creative, production, marketing and media. Holding senior executive roles at Publicis Groupe’s, Zenith for over 10 years, Kim is an expert in collaborating with marketplace partners to solve client business challenges. Prior to Publicis Groupe Kim held marketing positions at WEtv, Lifetime Television and USA Network. Kim lives on Long Island with her husband Jerry, three children, Grace, Connor, Lily and cocker spaniel, Lady.

Katherine leads Influential’s mission to build a scalable HR operating structure in support of our annual goals. She grounds the company culture with effective team and leadership principles. Promoting an environment for growth, responsibility, authenticity, creativity and empowerment.
Head of People
With over 19+ years of digital marketing experience across all facets of Media, Social, Influencer and Content Marketing. She joins Influential with deep knowledge of helping brands innovate while driving business outcomes. Prior to Influential, she was agency side, most recently spending 12 years at Havas building and leading the Social, Influencer and Commerce practice(s). Jess has a Bachelor's in Communications & Marketing from Endicott College

For over 15 years Jenny has established a solid record of building and managing high performance teams. Prior to Influential, she oversaw growth for the operations and strategy teams at MediaNews Group. Jenny holds a BA in Political Science from UCLA.

Kristen partners with our clients to create innovative solutions that drive tangible business impact. Her 12+ years of programmatic, digital, social & strategic client planning experience leads our partners to the cutting edge of the creator economy.
As EVP, Head of West Coast Sales & Sales Operations, Jesse built the sales operational framework of the national team and leads the West Coast sales team. His current focus is on market penetration, predictable performance, and training/ mentoring future sales leaders. Previously he worked at Social Native and two other startups with exits. Jesse graduated with a BA in Philosophy from UCLA.

Tara boasts a nearly two-decade-long legacy of establishing strategic partnerships with top advertisers and holding companies. Her storied resume includes time at Above Average, Maker Studios and People Magazine. Tara holds a BS in Marketing from Penn State University.

Greg is a proven sales management veteran in the digital & social media ad industry. His enviable multi-platform sales and management experience at leading media/entertainment companies speaks for itself. Greg has a BA in Political Science from The Ohio State University.

Greg is a seasoned advertising executive who has spent his entire career helping brands connect with engaged audiences through data driven creative activations. Over his 15+ year career, Greg has extensive experience creating meaningful advertising campaigns that reach audiences across traditional, digital and social platforms.
