The Approach

Using our proprietary data, we determined which of the thousands of beauty influencers on TikTok would be most effective in partnering with Ulta Beauty. Once chosen they produced all original video content in support of our Day in My Life concept. Each creator showcased how Ulta Beauty’s products help them look their best on an ordinary day in their life. But also how the brand’s various products can be used in accordance with four distinctly popular makeup trends: Go Bold, Add Color, Stay Classic and Act Natural.

The Result

The campaign surpassed expectations in every measurable metric. Awareness was indeed driven. The campaign content amassed a total of 18M views with an overall paid view-through rate of 25.65%, outperforming the platform benchmark of 23.04%. The overall reaction to the content was almost unanimously positive. Beautifully done. All in a day’s work for Influential.
